We Build Plans & Payroll Processes

Whether it’s a new or existing plan –one dedicated consultant will quarterback the entire process of custom-building your plan and on-boarding you with NestEggs. We also work directly with your payroll provider to connect our platforms for a seamless payroll experience. During the on-board process, your involvement is minimal. You’ll sign a couple web-based forms and we’ll take it from there!

We Pick the Investments

NestEggs serves as your §3(38) Investment Management Fiduciary and will provide you with a list of low-cost, highly diversified investment options for your plan. We also offer four Model Portfolios – Conservative, Balanced, Growth, and All-Equity Growth. We monitor these investments throughout the year on your behalf. Rest easy knowing that experts are responsible for the Investments offered in your plan, not you.

We Enroll & Educate Your Employees

Our digital, INTERACTIVE enrollment tool can be accessed on-demand from a phone, tablet or desktop at any time. During enrollment, participants will answer questions and be guided towards one of the model portfolios or can work with their plan adviser one-on-one to pick their own unique portfolio from our Fund lineup. We offer participants unlimited access to an adviser year round, all-inclusive with your Plan Fees.

We Communicate Plan Information with Employees

As your §3(16) Fiduciary Administrator, we own the responsibility of communicating with employees about the plan. Throughout the year, we keep employees up to date via email and paper mailings so that your HR department doesn’t have to. These include:

  1. 404(a)(5) annual participant fee disclosure
  2. Summary Plan Description (SPD)
  3. Summary Annual Report
  4. Quarterly Participant Statements
  5. QDIA Notices
  6. Safe Harbor notice (if applicable)
  7. Automatic enrollment notice (if applicable)

We Maintain Your Administrative Compliance

As your §3(16) Fiduciary Administrator we will also:

  1. Complete / Sign / Submit Form 5500 on your behalf
  2. Sign plan amendments on your behalf
  3. Manage Payroll Data
  4. Manage / Communicate Eligibility & Enrollment
  5. Approve Distributions / Loans / QDROs
